We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - CICD (CS & Operation Manager) for our Mumbai location, with a background of 10+ years in the freight forwarding industry

Roles & Responsibilities

D2D Pricing :

• Attending Inquiries received from designated branches
• Coordinating with Foreign Agents for cost and calling for net net air freight rates from pricing desk at respective branches
• Consolidating the Origin & Destination cost and preparing a competitive per kg cost for the sales to secure business.
• Pushing Sales at respective branches to generate more D2D inquiries and help them to achieve their assigned D2D targets.
• Negotiating with Foreign agents for competitive rates whenever competition is grabbing business.
• Visiting customers and assisting sales teams to secure business
• Processing Agent debit notes
• Ensuring timely updates to customers and sales team. Solving Complaints if any from customers
• Assisting with information to customers on prices, paperworks, customs formalities etc;

Required Skills

Strong communication and public relations skills.

Basic trade and industry knowledge, with established relationships with foreign agents and customers.

Proficiency in air pricing , negotiation and customer service.
