Teammates are good,their is no specific training but yes a short training given to new employees for their system, work environment is okay,the company is ready for to adopt new innovation.

Compensation is average with slow growth, appraisal are done once in year,

Work Details

Work is good to complete the same within specified limit, company is member of service excellent so eveeY dept.has given a time limit to complete the work within specified time,if there is any development required I had highlight the same for change.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
