1. Lot to learn 2. they have good client portfolio 3. Pune office specifically takes up diverse assignments so leads to the growth 4. Manger is very knowledgable.

1. Salary is very less 2. No tailored and uniform HR policies 3. No specific time limit for appraisal and it's often very less.
