The company HR Nupur Singh she has the degree of doing fraud with candidate's and employees they do not pay for your work and she is the worst HR i have ever seen in my whole life she is so pathetic and tried to bind me with the company by submitting my original documents when i told them that I don't want to submit my documents they said we cannot continue with you . it's not legal to ask for orginal documents of the employee. unprofessional behaviour Don't know how to talk with employee such an boor person atleast she should know how to talk with employee's do not join this company ever and long working hours like 10.5 hours you have to work and half Saturday is just for show you have to work till 4:30 that's mean full day and they pay very less basic salary is 12000 wow work for 10.5 hours and get 12000 per month LoL. Mainly Concern is about Managers they are the everything for company. Employees valuation is very less and Manager only need performance otherwise manager will do what they want to do. If you're not performing they will release you immediately but if you want to get relieved from your own they tell you they have notice period policywe want an replacement then we can think for your relieving.
