Company is in right direction and have clear defined goals/vision. Support from onsite managers are incredible. Lot of learning from seasoned employees. Structured processes are in place, that facilitates clear communication and contribute to smoother workflow. Company definitely provides the opportunity to grow. Pays well. Work-life balance is great. Onsite leadership is supportive.
