Canteen and pantry facilities and the salary they offered. Very supportive manager (Verghese Thomas) NPP.

Dislikes

NPP department is worst. AGM Manish Satpute is toxic and abusive. Very agressive and get angry very quickly. He sit right above your head to boss you. Many people leave that department because of him even one colleague become alcoholic because of the stress he gave him. He openly abuse loudly even for his boss Mr. Avtar singh (GM) But behind his back. Very poor onboarding process for new joinees.

If you do not carry your laptop when on vacation, your dedication is questioned 5. No real freedom of speaking out in front of senior bosses 6. Tendency of senior leaders to push accountability down to the low level employees 7. Even if you have completed your tasks for the day by closing time, you are expected to sit late at the office as long as your bosses are there 8. Sending a work email late at night is shown to others as example of sincerety 9.
