They do not make diploma holders work according to their trade and throw them out after working for 4 years.

Dislikes

All the diploma holders who come here are not taught any work as per their trade, they are treated like laborers and are made to work like laborers, which spoils the future of the children.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
