People who don't know subject are heading the teams, Job security is zero there. Managers sat at home in peak corona and made contract and junior employees work in office, They forced people to rejoin office even in peak corona where no transport facilities was available and those who didn't make it were terminated.

The work life I worst, there you have to work in shifts, which is rotational nd changes every week. Due to which health issue nd other family issue arrives.
