As a fresher Mechanical engineer, the company is good.You will get experience in overall function of the organisation. JC valves is a MNC company started 5 years ago in India.It growing gradually in Finance & production.As of now with minimum team members they are taking good turn over. Job security is as common as a private organisation. Work culture will not looks like an MNC company.As it is growing company the company will working as a small organisation. Company policies needs to improve. Work life balance will not be proper. We have to mange accordingly....Read More
