Dislikes

The area manager and cluster appointed by JBS are suffering from regionalism and casteism. That's why there is discrimination against brothers. Due to regionalism, I had to leave my job against my will.Priority is given to the employee of the same state where the manager and collector are.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
