I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. There is nothing to like here. Repeating, don't join if you're above diploma.

Dislikes

Salary is very less about 300/day and it never comes on time. Will hire you as engineer but will put you with ITI level emoloyee. No adequate facility is provided. No trainer is there. If there is any fault, your immediate superior management will try to put all blame on you. If you want to learn about Substation, go join any other organisations but never opt for this.
