JBML has 3 main goals Integrity, safety, and quality. This is the main thing that I really like JBML whereas safety is major concern for all employees.I am working in J3 plant where there is no major and minor accidents from about 3 years that I saw.

No reason for disliking JBM. Only one thing that is money matters for all so only this is main thing thts bcz i dislike JBM

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
