Good work environment and culture. All teams are support and the management is transparent. Any time anybody customers requirement full fill .There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good.appraisals are fairly and they give good salary like and bonus every yeas

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joining

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no format training sessions. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

You can learn alot there are many option of learning depends on you all you need is good support from your seniors , and your ability of learning if you are learning try not to stay in 1 department if you want to learn alot of things avoid people and conflict with them who are there to discourage and demotivate you

Useless hr team making you fool since the time of they appoint you , never believe on their words they can change it anytime , at their location all other having bus facility but not them , no work growth if you don't have any connection with any senior , all senior workload you and taking advantage from you most of the time worstenvironment , and the climate is very hot their they don't provide any stay all transport living is on your own , overtime is equal to normal daily pay and they can change it anytime sometime they pay leave sometime they pay amount , sometime they pay nothing without informing you...Read More

The company is one of largest group in Automobile sector. this company is a tier one vendor for major MNC's with good quality products, specially JBML-5 unit is highly planted with heavy machineries. I'm working in QA on axle line , where axle producted for Suzuki automobile's car like baleno & swift Dzire.

Dislikes

Learning was great but growth is slow No work life balance, You have to work atleast 12 hrs straight in days or night shifts.. Mangement system isn't effective as company's profile showed, they haven't fix date for salary they could adjust one two day back forth..
