Well, first and foremost I would say company the company overall reputation drew me in. I have been in Quality assauarace from last 4 years and JBM Auto Ltd always been an industry leader in innovation and friendly standards. I have few friends who either work here or with the busisness and they have always raved the atmosphere of professionalism. Temates are good but not so much as per exception I made. Salary/appraisal. Also few of politics here which I dont like.

I work as a Engineer here in Press shop Quality assaurance.Making suitable documents like in-process check sheet, Operation standard as per process. Making new improvemnt activity on shop floor for neat work place. Provided sensor on die to avoid missfed.
