2024 new management doesn't respect their employees, treat them like a ...... majority of down the level employees are unhappy to work compared to earlier. In 2020 harder times of the organization supported employees are through out. If the employee willing to relieve can be treated like a ...... and spoil the future growth of the employees.

I got to learn a lot after working here. The best thing is that our plant head Mr. Ajay Kumar Baleja is of very good nature and we must praise him. There seems to be only one flaw in this company that it is difficult to work. The payment is not as per the requirement, hence we will go to the place where we get good payment.
