There is no leaves actually you will get leave but never approved by HOD specially in pcs Department so I wouldn't recommend Jaypee Hospital for PCS Department other Department is good if you will do hard work they will give you all burdens and never get appreciate by your seniors only shoe Licking people survive there .

Team mates and colleagues had been actually the best thing that happened in last 4 years of tenure .They have been very cooperative , understanding and helping and always stand in anyone thick and thin except a few exceptional case

Dislikes

The HR is worse and pathetic and just believes in layoff, without even considering and analysing how would this affect the quality of services .Good employee are discarded like any commodity and keeping the one who are useless and more informative. Job security is even worse because you don't know next morning your colleague or for that matter even you may be asked to leave</mark>. Intially used to be when there was a well organised Operations Department/Finance Head /Purchase Department with technically sound Operations Head handling things , motivating and helping to grow .

This organisation provide high quality treatment with global client base. Another thing is about the colleagues come from different backgrounds work happily and one of the best thing is that in this organisation the employee re-hire policy is also available.

Dislikes

The growth is definitely slow in this organisation and the work pressure is very high in hospital. Job-security is not upto the pointand with slow appraisal with very low profit.

Frankly speaking my work experience is slighlty good as i was an intern there. But my research experience was good in my training days. As long as i get to work closely with the client, it will be a great learning experience.

Team Mates are actually quite cooperative. But don't expect any help from management regarding any of ur issues. The best thing about Jaypee is its building. It's super clean and beautiful. Doesn't seem like u r in a hospital.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to handle patients billing, and query, coordinate with Dr and our team mamber as well as manage day to day front office operations.
