...sks. The department didn't step in to distribute duties to mitigate exposure. They even withheld Salary for 4 months and are cutting salaries.

Poor communication from HR and management. Lack of transparency and low trust in payment of salaries.

Management doesn't listen our issues. Salary was decent but since last 2 years there is no appraisal.There is no bonus system, no appreciation for dedicated employees.

...the period of lockdown since the hospital management told me revenues were down. Even before lockdown, my salary was delayed by three months. Midway through the lockdown, at the time of renewal of my contract, I was told by the CEO that my contract would be renewed only for a period of 3 months since that company was in financial trouble. This was done past the fate of contract renewal without any riot discussion. My faith in the hospital leadership was broken.

...ia, the policies of JAYPEE hospital is excellent, the management is transparent. They give good salary hike and bonus every year

If someone is at home Can't come for due to lockdown , they send directly resign letter and no call

Team Mates are actually quite cooperative. But don't expect any help from management regarding any of ur issues. The best thing about Jaypee is its building. It's super clean and beautiful. Doesn't seem like u r in a hospital. Pay is generally good. ( never on time though)

Dislikes

You will have to constantly go to the HR department to ask for ur salary. There is no rule that a doctor has to work for 48hrs, unlike every other hospital. It could be anything depending on the demand. Which means no work life balance. There is no growth for resident doctors, so u better study!!!!
