Staff culture is very poor & the staff food of the hotel is horrible. I left the place 2months over after requesting a number of times they still didn't add my provident fund expiry date.

I hv joined as a fresher from 3july 2017.I got opportunity to work in banquet &from starting hv been working banquet.The banquet of j.p is very busy .there is neither off season nor off season in this hotel.It is good to working but not more than 1yr.

The main focus of this hotel is to achieve budget.due to which its unable to mainatain standard.slow growth ,no incentive even after budget achived in Outllet/restaurant..new staff/manager leaving the property within a month..Lots of working pressure

When there is 3 function is going on different venue of I have to see each &every thing..even in off season I hv to work for minimum 12hrs..I hardly got 3 weekly off in a month..that is a ridiculous for us..
