During my working period i had great opportunity to learn here any work deeply and seriously, because due to numbers of problem in any plant, if u want to show interest to learn the thing so staff and people will help u. U can also experiment by making new machines of any process it will provide u lot of opportunities to u.

In this company one of the big problem is that no one is here for watching u, like if u are doing hard work, your hard work is not counting for your future aspects he will press u here if u working by saying u that u are not working properly, and many of people are here who is not participating in any work they simply punches their attendance and back to their homes company management are not able to take any action on them, he will get every thing from this company what he wants, but people like us who gives our whole time for company they doesn't take interest on us...Read More

Work Details

basically starting 4 month i have seen maintenance of raw mill and after that my whole time is spend on crusher, in crusher i learnt complete maintenance and operation of crusher, stacker, reclaimer. And basic knowledge of sap soft, kiln and cement mill.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
