Compansation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure little high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations. In Steel melting shop (Eaf) now working as a melter.

Its HR policy for employees. The facilities this company provides, mainly the medi-claim are really beneficial for an employee.

The work environment is not that good. Basically a little tougher for new experienced employees.

My job is quite interesting and challenging. It an 8 hour job per day. My job is of manufacturing the rolled products which is not easy to do.Which almost grasp all my energy of the day. But apart from that I just love my job.
