Dirty politics, poor culture, worst work life. Not a single facility available in company. Medical facilities are formalities. Employees have to work overtime most of the time due to poor planning & management. Growth is only for favoured people, people who try to challenge management are harassed. Its a nightmare company for freshers. Payscale here is not worth the workload.
