Jayashree Textile should give a little bit more advantages to the one who are working in different cities for the company. They can not get all the facilities that the one who are working within the company premises are getting. Their work life balance are sometimes out of the box and they can not handle. Company should arrange somesessions for them , so that they can feel better and do their work more efficiently as they were doing it before....Read More

Very poor appraisal system.It is just a manipulation activity. Promotion will applicable for those persons who are experts in data manipulation and yes man .Jaya shree textiles has a lot of resources but some senior management are using it for their own benifits.

Dislikes

Total eye washing and manipulated data is maintaining and hampering the values of group for our side customers.Some seniors are looking only for own benifits which are hampering the view of the group.

Our company is very very good. But few self benefited authorities create group and make dirty cultures.

Management gets changed and new group is formed. They start to drive out other people day by day. Even the new group starts plundering the company as they know very well to get changed again. HR does not have any role to find the reason. Meeting and unnecessary waste of time makes the manufacturing company as even the lower managers do not go to department with sufficient time. All are busy like software company to make report and fool the others. New group starts politics to blame and target others instead of making numerical profit module wise....Read More

Looked Weaving department and took initiative and stopped fire in weaving last 3-4 years.But whole Jayashree faces fire.Raised question why specific energy consumption increased by 30 to 40% last 5 yrs. I can give solution but management did not support.
