Everything. The main thing about jayashree textiles is that they over pressurized worker and sometime it causes that worker should resign. Each and everything is worst in jayashree textiles for workers. They should only care about their staffs.

Very poor appraisal system.It is just a manipulation activity. Promotion will applicable for those persons who are experts in data manipulation and yes man .Jaya shree textiles has a lot of resources but some senior management are using it for their own benifits.

Total eye washing and manipulated data is maintaining and hampering the values of group for our side customers.Some seniors are looking only for own benifits which are hampering the view of the group.

Shame on JST Management. The wages of workers is very very poor. We get only Rs.416/- as daily wages. Management spoil our lives. Staff's salary increased every year with above 60K to 1 Lakh, but the workers get only 40+ rupees. Shame On JST Management. Now a days price is increased but workers wages is poor. Shame on ABG, Shame on JST Management.
