Good work and we are one of the best team in a business group but the management day by day coming unhelfull no one follow company rules salary are pending minimam 6 month to years It is very hard to survive for us

The work pressure is very high and most of the times company was not giving compensation(overtime)shortage of staffing and the store was of big size holding a stock of more then 25 thousand units.running store of this size was a big challenge with 7 staff.

My role in jawad business group was very challenging and hectic. I was working as a senior sales executive and have a primary responsibilities of maintaining a SOP,KPI'S and even in store VM,but I love challenges because i learned everyday something new.
