CEO has no respect for his employees he yell at everyone like and illiterate and blindly follow the decisions made by his favourite employee. The overall aura of the company is really bad due to 1 senior manager who treats everyone really unethically. She has all the authority to mis represent any employee's situation to higher management and get them fired without any reason. Total tyranny.
