The only thing which is good about the school is that it has retained its old staff, unlike new schools that prefer young and fresh talent.

Dislikes

The culture of the school from dress code, to conventional methodology and lack of Ed tech makes it difficult for a teacher to cope with 40 plus students in one class. Also must like to mention that the school's headmistress Mrs Shikha Dhamija is a very snooty woman and highly arrogant. She is so mean and manipulative. She bosses around unnecessarily and tries to intimidate new comers unreasonably. Especially the school's rolling board has become a laughing stock for me. In short. Protect yourself and find another job. HM and Principal insults everyone in a very personal way. It's better to stay at home instead of working here. Protect your mental health and never work here. Only okay point is salary is fair. This is not a school. This is hell.

Dislikes

You'll have no work life balance. So much unnecessary nagging from Principal and HM. So much Politics. Only old permanent teachers are happy. They don't let new staff breathe. Nobody will let you work in peace. Funny part is they try to scare you. So beware of these kind of jobs

Working at Jaspal Kaur Public school was an terrible experience as it is an conventional school where in still A for apple is being taught. Nothing was done for upgrading teachers. Teachers had no freedom to try anything new.
