Based on the project and team, we can get the career growth as well as better opportunity.

Dislikes

Working culture got changed and management doesn't care about the loyal employees. They have given opportunities to who is not working well in the team. Who are all working well and dedicated to their job they will not get any opportunities.

Work culture will be good, especially for women.

Dislikes

Micro lavel management. Internal politic will be more. Recognization will not be there.

Work Details

I'm in development team. Work will be hectic during code releases, weekends, holidays also we should go.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
