I love everything about Jasmin Infotech. It's It's very good company for freshers. And they give enormous hike.

Yes everything is fine about Jasmin Infotech but the only problem is they outsource employees to other organization. I was deputed to Visteon as a part of ODC. Since it was a ODC I didn't get the few travel allowance that I used to get. Also my work life balance was totally destroyed.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. Since my senior resigned, I got multiple opportunities to develop my skill set.

Benefits given with terms and conditions applied. Free transport only after 8 pm. Cafeteria too small but they give Free snacks in evening Food not Free but affordable price. The money for food would be deducted monthly, yet you can have your food for 1 or 2 days without paying money. Education assistance, a big no. When I askedpermission to do my PG part time, he suggested to do the applied electronics course in Jerusalem college in a illegal way. Because that degree won't be valid and you can't get hike by showing that degree. Team outings, very rare.. Work from home, only due to Covid. Otherwise we won't have this option.
