The exposure the the technologies in data engineering and data science is high. Get to learn a lot of stuff in a shorter time period compared to big organizations. Very good team, culture and leaders.

Dislikes

Nothing in particular. If one wants to work in a tech startup in data engineering / science area this is a great place. Salaries can be a bit better.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Colleagues are generally helpful. Work is Consistently available though on internal projects which do not see the daylight.

Dislikes

From partiality to favoritism, misleading CTC structure and company policies. Career advancement prospects are minimal, Bossy attitude from higher management, Company tech stack is very limited. they create an illusion of supportive work environment. No proper management qualities in any managers to handle a development project, putting immense pressure on employees.
