The exposure the the technologies in data engineering and data science is high. Get to learn a lot of stuff in a shorter time period compared to big organizations. Very good team, culture and leaders.

Dislikes

Nothing in particular. If one wants to work in a tech startup in data engineering / science area this is a great place. Salaries can be a bit better.
