While Jaquar Group is a great company to work for, One major issue is that some seniors act as if they are the branch head , creating a toxic work environment, leadership isn't just about a title - it requires vision, management skills and the ability to support a team , but unfortunately, not everyone in a senior position possessesthese qualities. i honestly don't know what criteria the company follows for promotions, but at the very least ,there should be a valuation of whether a person actually had leadership abilities before making them a Head, giving the wrong person power results in harassment & negative work culture for those under them , since the company invests so much in growth & development , i strongly feel they should hire a psychologist to assess if someone is even mentally fir for a leadership role before putting them in a position where they can misuse there authority and ruin the work atmosphere. just because someone has experience doesn't mean they have the mindset to lead a team....Read More
