Don't think about promotion because its depends on key results area and need to achieve 150% for 3 times which is not possible, sometimes branch head can make changes in KRA because it is manually process

This company needs to emphasise upon its employees growth too, where minuscule growth is given. Pure Indian company without any processes and procedures. Older and senior employees in management are unwilling to work and come to play politics due to which emerging verticals remain emerging. Gossiping culture without any strong vision to change.
