The company is no way supporting in such difficult times. While they have asked to work from home. Actually they have asked to from Work 'more' from home. You have keep fitting for expenses. The working culture otherwise is also worst.

I dislike everything about Jaquar. Its company full of stupid and illogical people. They dont want business but they want only process and show off. They want sales team to make 15 calls. I mean really!!!! Sales team focus is not make sale but to make 15 calls. Management is dumb! They just follow what owner days, nothing else. There is wide gap between reality they imagine and reality what exists

Jaquar Group provides a great work environment, but what truly stand out is our branch head Aug 24 . His supportive leadership , approachable nature & clear vision create a positive & motivating workplace , he values teamwork, encourages growth & ensure smooth operation, making him an exceptional leader to work with , proud to be part of his team.

While Jaquar Group is a great company to work for, One major issue is that some seniors act as if they are the branch head , creating a toxic work environment, leadership isn't just about a title - it requires vision, management skills and the ability to support a team , but unfortunately, not everyone in a senior position possessesthese qualities. i honestly don't know what criteria the company follows for promotions, but at the very least ,there should be a valuation of whether a person actually had leadership abilities before making them a Head, giving the wrong person power results in harassment & negative work culture for those under them , since the company invests so much in growth & development , i strongly feel they should hire a psychologist to assess if someone is even mentally fir for a leadership role before putting them in a position where they can misuse there authority and ruin the work atmosphere. just because someone has experience doesn't mean they have the mindset to lead a team....Read More

Working culture is totally depends on politics if you have any God father at your senior than you can manage other wise you social and personal life will be hell, The more work is required here, the more involvement there should be in politics.One person reporting to two people *one HOD and second branch head*.
