ACCORDING TO BH & RM :- Every sales or good thing is happening, it is happening due to JAQUAR brand, and Every wrong doing is happening by you. In this Branch anyone means Dealer, Distributor customer and Back office person can Make your life hell. Because in this branch they take all your reports from them. only all those persons are your Career makers. You will get daily these threats from BH or RM. Don't think about promotion because its depends on key results area and need to achieve 150% for 3 times which is not possible, sometimes branch head can make changes in KRA because it is manually process
