Janatics - Chennai Branch Review 1. Compared to my all-previous company, Janatics Chennai branch is very worst. 2. Branch manager is completely not eligible for the post. He is not a matured person. I feel shame to work with him in past few months. 3. Coming to training, there is no effective training was given to me. After my relieving, training cost also deducted. 4. Coming to backend support, senior person is not supportive to sales engineers. There is no clear communication between HO and sales engineers. 5. My humble request to all is please don't join in Chennai branch and don't spoil your career. 6. I feel shame to work with him in past few months. 3. During my training period, mostly I was travelled with Nageswaran. He is non-technical person. No can shine and grow in their career under his training. 4. Coming to training, there is no effective training was given to me. After my relieving, training cost also deducted. 5. Janatics India in chennai branch Mr.yadhunath is not eligible for branch head, Mr.balaji he is not good character always speak bad words. Kalpana mam always watching TV series in office. Mr.balaji & Nageshwaren even a single day not going for customer visit.
