1. Worst working culture in Chennai Branch 2. Yadunath & Nageshwaran is totally unfit for the post and both are un-matured person. 3. Both working procedure is always duplicate work. 4. Compared to my all-previous company, Janatics Chennai branch is very bad. 5. The branch manager is completely not eligible for the post. I feel ashamed to work with him in the past few months. 6. Coming to training, there is no effective training. After my relieving, training cost was also deducted. Janatics is a well known brand, due to this persons brand name is totally damaged....Read More

Janatics - Chennai Branch Review 1. Compared to my all-previous company, Janatics Chennai branch is very worst. 2. Branch manager is completely not eligible for the post. He is not a matured person. Janatics - Chennai Branch Review 1. Compared to my all-previous company, Janatics Chennai branch is very worst. 2. Yadhunath is completely not eligible for AGM post. He is not a matured person. I feel shame to work with him in past few months. 3. During my training period, mostly I was travelled with Nageswaran. He is non-technical person. No can shine and grow in their career under his training. 4. Coming to training, there is no effective training was given to me. After my relieving, training cost also deducted. 5. Janatics is very good company & well known brand in all over India , but sales branch in Chennai is very worst. Yadhunath is unmatured, useless & worst behaviour person, he is not capable for handling the Chennai branch. Please don't join anyone in Chennai branch.
