1) Politics by some department HOD's, especially IT department. 2) Management will support only HOD and never listen to other team members. 3) Manager who never promotes the team members to grow or come to next level. Simply they dominate and act like a boss and Harras everyone. 4) Management not ready listen to the actual concerns created by so called HOD's. 5) Even HR also never listen and they support for HOD's and take action like termination. 6) Job Security is 0. 1. Worst working culture in Chennai Branch 2. Yadhunath is totally unfit for that post and he is not a matured person. Doing more politics internally and affecting other working employees. 3. Always doing duplicate works.

Janatics - Chennai Branch Review 1. Compared to my all-previous company, Janatics Chennai branch is very worst. 2. Branch manager is completely not eligible for the post. He is not a matured person. I feel shame to work with him in past few months. 3. Coming to training, there is no effective training was given to me. After my relieving, training cost also deducted. 4. Coming to backend support, senior person is not supportive to sales engineers. There is no clear communication between HO and sales engineers. 5. My humble request to all is please don't join in Chennai branch and don't spoil your career. 6. Increment is very low 7.chennai branch was not given to respect to the engineers so don't waste your time for this company...Read More
