1) Politics by some department HOD's, especially IT department. 2) Management will support only HOD and never listen to other team members. 3) Manager who never promotes the team members to grow or come to next level. Simply they dominate and act like a boss and Harras everyone. 4) Management not ready listen to the actual concerns created by so called HOD's. 5) Even HR also never listen and they support for HOD's and take action like termination. 6) Job Security is 0. No coordination between operations and marketing. They will assign target for improvement but management will not allow to do the same. Entire company filled by top people relationship.
