Janatics is all about learning to enhance our career growth, On time salary without delay.

Dislikes

Manufacturing unit 7 Company culture is worst, especially ego politics, worst salary and benefits, bonus gift amount will be deducted from our CTC , they didn't put increment for last year performance, Even if you perform well same percentage of increment for all, no job security, Some sundays would act as an working day, If loss ofpay exceeds certain limit they will deduct next year CL leave automatically, no games no relaxation area, there is no cafeteria. Finally To put in single word it's a worst company culture . Think before join this company. If you are about to join this company get salary hike as much as possible....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
