Janatics - Chennai Branch Review 1. Compared to my all-previous company, Janatics Chennai branch is very worst. 2. Branch manager is completely not eligible for the post. He is not a matured person. I feel shame to work with him in past few months. 3. Coming to training, there is no effective training was given to me. After my relieving, training cost also deducted. 4. Coming to backend support, senior person is not supportive to sales engineers. There is no clear communication between HO and sales engineers. 5. My humble request to all is please don't join in Chennai branch and don't spoil your career. 6. Increment is very low 7.chennai branch was not given to respect to the engineers so don't waste your time for this company...Read More

Janatics - Chennai Branch Review 1. Compared to my all-previous company, Janatics Chennai branch is very worst. 2. Yadhunath is completely not eligible for AGM post. He is not a matured person. I feel shame to work with him in past few months. 3. During my training period, mostly I was travelled with Nageswaran. He is non-technical person. No can shine and grow in their career under his training. 4. Coming to training, there is no effective training was given to me. After my relieving, training cost also deducted. 5. Janatics is very good company & well known brand in all over India , but sales branch in Chennai is very worst. Yadhunath is unmatured, useless & worst behaviour person, he is not capable for handling the Chennai branch. Please don't join anyone in Chennai branch.
