In a span of 10 yrs of my working journey have not seen a Pathetic company like Jamboree is. Job security don't know why its rated that high every day counts with a uncertainty as you can be asked to leave at any moment of time. Have just to stick to plans outlined by top management not adaptable to new ideas and implementation, fewpeople of top management thinks they know your territory better than you, even if they are not aware of the capital of your state (Happened with me in one interaction). HR is a tortoise its been 2 years I left still haven't received my experience letter rest you can imagine. 1.Learning new skills is very limited. 2.You cannot put your ideas for the company. 3.Hr team is not quick process is very slow once you join that time they are little active. 4.Job security is major a concern.

Work satisfaction, company culture & Job security ratings are all applicable till June 2023, the time period till the former CEO exited. Post June-23, it won't be more than 2 stars on all 3 parameters. Jamboree provided an independent approach & allowed one to grow & learn. Applicable till June 23. Everything was good about Jamboree till June-23, when the original CEO exited. Things went downhill in all departments since then
