Supportive Teammates and supportive seniors .. Alpesh Sir from Canopy production is the great person who always support team and always there to help .. i have huge respect for him and his knowledge.

Dislikes

Lack of culture and growth initiative

Work Details

Std working hours mostly .. sometimes when it is required you need to stay for more 2 hours hardly..

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
