I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

I've learned basic knowledge in accounting, taxation,etc.

Dislikes

They need is only money. They doesn't wants to know about what an employee's view on there concerns and exploitation. Employee cost on stipend or even though salary is very poor. And they have strict working time thats not even feasible for an on site employee.
