Worst place to work. Highly unprofessional and inhuman management. They will hire you, confuse you, expect you to behave like a slave if you dont you will be humiliated and forced to leave. No one stays here for more than 4 months except few substandard and compelled professional. The ideology or the value promoted is fake. They exploit poor rural women by paying very less. Hence they prefer adolescent girls as weavers most of them are minors. They dont complain. They have kept 2-3 villages to make fool of customers and scholars who visit them. In rest around 500 villages it is out and out exploitation. Please dont join this company if you are a good human being. They will spoin your career and enjoy it. Every day people leave and they hardly bother about anyone's future even reputation of their own company....Read More
