Dislikes

Very incompetent senior management. Lack of ethics and integrity among the employees. The corporate employees do not care about the franchise or its fans. They are there just to fill their wallets. The CEO is very subpar and immature. He has no idea he is being fooled on a daily basis by the senior management.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? One of the best experiences working in the corporate world. We were working as a team and a family. I am still closely connected with the RR team and consider all of them friends. There were many unique challenges during my tenure, and each one of them was solved together as a team. Each team member went out of the way to extend support to ensure no one was lagging behind.
