For the past two years, as a university HR executive, I've handled the official recruitment process. The best part of the university policy was its openness. They are very open and honest with their employees about all of the terms and circumstances. There is no discrimination based on gender in my workplace. Gender diversity is encouraged by the university's management

No work pressure, whatsoever. Salary is on time. Incentives are good and the appraisal is decent.

Student centred. The management insists that we give free attendance and marks even if the student does not attend a single class or internal exam. There is no question of failing students. No scope for learning. FDPs are less and the job is monotonous with no activities or fests. Need to keep following up on issues with the HR for your concerns to be resolved. Worst experience, highly internal politics. Jain is collab with hetic and mba esg both are worst institutions with terrible managers and staff. Unethical environment. Totally corrupt CEO and HODS. No job security, worst university.
