There is nothing to like about jlr. It is the worst organization to work with. Poor sales. No employee benefits. Badly implemented systems. No scope of betterment in the processes. No one to guide about current processes.

Hire and fire approach. Company do not have enough funds to survive for an year. 2-3 month sale goes down consider few employees fired on the name of cost cutting. If you are above 10lpa ctc consider your name first in cost cutting list. This company deserves only freshers Or unskilled low package emp

No policy and procedures , HR head is highly authoritarian. Company managed by two people which creates bottleneck. Hiring of employees based on misleading commitments. HR department creates internal politics this creates Toxic work culture and no job security.
