Company is very bad considering job security the had frequent lay offs. Off cource they pay the compensation amount while laying off but that does not help. Some one leaves their safe jobs and joins them and finds themselves in a layoff situation. This is a casual pratice in jlr as per my knowlege.

JLR India shall not at all hire people i feel. They hire and they face financial issues then they fire. This has happened ample of times here i guess. Worst place considering job security. Work unnecessarily complicated. No processes set. I will not recommend anyone to accept jlr offer letter and spoil their career.
