Young workforce. No talented and experienced seniors on the tech side to guide you or take a stand. Bloated hiring leads to financial strains and hence meagre raises; company willing to sustain attrition. HR and Admin processes are unstructured causing additional issues. Product management is inexperienced in leading/delivering an enterprise-level product leading to pressure on devs.
