Nothing very bad company never go For the job.

Dislikes

Manager and owner are not good ,No work life balance they ll cut your pay when then want, no reward and ll treat you like your slave,I ll never suggest for anyone to go for this company and not even me every employee is disatisfied.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
